Gentics Content Connector
This connector is the link between the CMS and the portal (if you use dynamic content renderer – DCR). The portal requests content (text, documents, images, etc.) from the Gentics Content Repository (database) and show this content (maybe personalized).
The Gentics Content Connector is based on an included, commercial Gentics API and the Open Source component Apache Lucene – awesome search framework).
